Prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirham) or EUR (Euro), depending on shipping region.
We accept payments through the secure gateways provided at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders within the UAE are shipped from our UAE warehouse with next-day delivery (for orders placed before 4:00 PM GST).
European orders are shipped from our Switzerland hub at a flat rate of 9 EUR.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

6. Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
